With extensive experience in behavioural assessment and development, at ADE we can help you answer these questions and many more. Core to our philosophy is that people are unique. They will experience situations in different ways, based on their own unique identity. They will each have their own challenges and limiting beliefs, whether they are aware of these yet or not. Rhian is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Registered Coach and Talent Management Specialist with 20 years’ business experience. Before starting ADE, she was the Consulting Specialist in Talent Management for a world-renowned talent consultancy, informing and embedding best-in-class methodologies and consistent delivery approaches across client solutions. Her early career included a focus on women in policing, prior to taking a role with responsibility for the national police promotion processes across the United Kingdom. She subsequently moved into consultancy, where for over 10 years she led the design and delivery of many high-profile assessment and development assignments, partnering with an extensive range of public and private sector clients across many industries, including prestigious global organisations. Coaching leaders in international contexts became an area of particular expertise borne out of these experiences.
Her mission
Through this professional journey and combined with her personal experiences as a return-to-work parent, Rhian has found her core motivation to be in enabling people to realise and fulfil their potential, connecting with purpose to achieve their ultimate goals. Often working with individuals at key transition or decision points themselves, she leverages her experience in cognitive behavioural coaching to uncover and challenge the limiting beliefs that may be holding people back, in turn guiding them towards more productive and sustainable behaviours.
Rhian has established a broad and wide-ranging network of experienced professionals throughout her career, who she can call upon or partner with to support her mission when required.
